WODapalooza and CrossFit Open Registration 2016

Wodapalooza just completed it’s huge fitness festival in Miami this past weekend, January 15-17, 2016. Competitions for multiple divisions, just check out the leaderboard! They started the new year off right! You were able to see men, women, teams, youth, masters, adapted seated and adapted standing categories that truly allow everyone that wishes to compete an opportunity to do so.

The CrossFit Games Open is also now open for registration for the 2016 season, running Feb. 25-March 28, 2016. Five weeks of workouts that will definitely put you to the test physically and mentally. See how you measure up against yourself from last year and others around the world. If you have never done the Open, take a chance and impress yourself with what your body can really do!
