Pack the Mack Returns with Three Female Bouts Saturday

For the 4th year, one of the best amateur promotions in the world will make history.

Tuff-n-uff will look to break its own record for attendance for an all amateur MMA show as they Pack the Mack this Saturday. The free event will draw MMA fans from the Las Vegas area and beyond to see 17 live fights, which includes three female bouts.

The main event will see strawweight championCheyanne Vlismas (7-6-1) battle OhiosCrystal Demopolous (5-1). Vlismas won the belt in 2016 and looks for her second title defense. She is coming off a first round armbar win in January.

Demopolous earn her shot at the title in May, defeatingAndrea Amaro by armbar in under a minute at Tuff-n-uffsMayhem in Mesquite card. The 4 1/2 year vets only loss was to current UFC fighter Katlyn Chookagian.

Also on the card, Serena DeJesus (4-2) looks to get back in the win column by taking on Arelene Culbreth (5-3) for the vacant bantamweight title. After winning 4 straight, DeJesus lost back to back fights, with her last one by decision in a catchweight affair.

Culbreth will be making her promotional debut after a win overMaritza Sanchez this past December.

A possible challenger for the bantamweight champ could be decided as undefeatedKiara Ramos (3-0) will battle debutante Kenya Lias.

For those in the Las Vegas area this weekend, weigh-ins are 6 p.m. at the Hooters Hotel and Casino Friday and the card starts at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Thomas and Mack Center. Tickets are absolutely FREE by going to UNLVTickets.com.
