MMA isn’t easy, but it is something anyone with enough heart can do.

That is what Australian combat coach Richie Cranny is wanting to prove with his new reality series “Wimp 2 Warrior” which debuted last week on Youtube. The show takes everyday people and trains them for 6 months to become MMA fighters, which will culminate in each person fighting at a MMA event. All body types were considered for the show. Out of hundreds of applications, 52 will be tested to make the show’s permanent cast, weeding it down to 20 women and men.

There is a female coach on the training end. Rachel Guy, a British strength and conditioning coach, will be pressing the candidates as hard as possible.

The series will run through the summer, with a season 2 already being cast. More info can be found on their Facebook page.
