Cat Zingano, Barb Honchak, Leslie Smith, and Tiffany Van Soest Among Instructors at the G IV Summit

The G IV Summit is back and if you are an amateur or recently turning pro in MMA, this is a not miss event on October 6-7 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Not only will you will get some world class instruction, but the event announced this past weekend InvictaFC President Shannon Knapp will be in attendance as a keynote speaker and will be scouting talent.

The summit in the past has brought some of the bestinstructors from all disciplines to improve your MMA game. This years list is no exception:

Cat Zingano & Barb Honchak

The UFC bantamweight is currently at 9-2 and the last woman to defeat champion Amanda Nunes. The BJJ black belt has gain a wrestling pedigree training with some of the top grapplers on the planet.

She will be joined by former InvictaFC 125 champion and TUF 26 star Barb Honchak for the seminar. Honchak has faced the best of the best at flyweight, including wins over several currently signed UFC fighters.

Leslie Smith

One of the most exciting female fighters in the UFC, Smith is know for her exciting skills in the striking arts. Her wars with Kaitlin Young, Jessica Eye, and Cris Cyborg are legendary and is a voice for fighters, both male and female.

Tiffany Van Soest

The biggest star in Muay Thai, Van Soest has held belts in most of the major promotions in the world. She has accumulated an 18-2 record as a kickboxer and has made the transition to MMA. She is the current Glory Kickboxing champion.

 

Ilima-Lei MacFarlane

The top female flyweight in Bellator MMA, MacFarlane is currently 6-0 as a pro with four finishes. She is the current EBI flyweight combat jiu-jitsu world champion.

Manolo El Hurrican Hernandez

Owner and head trainer of Team Hurricane Awesome out of 10th Planet Freaks, Hernandez coaches some of the top women in MMA, including the aforementioned Ilima-Lei MacFarlane, as well as the UFCs Liz Carmouche and Pearl Gonzalez, who will be fight for the UFC this weekend in Vegas.

Hernadnez also books fighters for MMA organizations across the planet.

Hernandez will be with a several of his fighters, who will help with the seminar.


The seminars will take place at Vegas Hot Gym. Transportation will be provided from the home hotel of the G IV Summit, the Orleans. Special pricing for the hotel will be available Tuesday using the promo code: Gfight IV. They recommend sharing rooms to save even more money.

Along with the seminars, there will be lunches and an open roll. This will be a chance to get to know your fellow attendees and network. We will also have speakers to help your career in and outside the cage.

They will also be awarding a Fighter of the Seminar on Saturday, who will be a guest of Leslie Smith at the UFC 216event at the T-Mobile Arena.

Many of the past attendees have made it on to the bigger organizations. The goal is not only to improve your blossoming MMA career but to gain friendships and have some of the best times learning.
