Track & Field Clinics in Orange County August 7th and 14th - Learn from the Best!

Olympic gold medalist (2004, 100m hurdles) Joanna Hayes and I are holding two all-day clinics in August at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, CA!

Joanna and I have been planning this since the spring with the intention of providing high-quality AND fun instruction that will be suitable for all experience levels, from beginner to advanced, and that will be beneficial for young athletes of all sports, who want to learn how to get faster, stronger and more flexible the RIGHT WAY.

We are rounding up the best athletes that will be available to help us cover all of the events, from sprints and hurdles to throws, jumps, pole vault, mid-distance/distance and yes, the steeplechase. Athletes will be able to dabble in all of the events or choose to focus on certain ones. 

In addition to actually practicing the different events, the day's schedule will include classroom sessions on nutrition and injury prevention, a Win With Integrity program, and of course fun and games!
