Seattle Storm's Boucek, Robinson Following the Dallas Mavericks In NBA Playoffs

Kevin Pelton of StormBasketball.com (link above) takes a look at the Seattle Storm's personal connections to the Dallas Mavericks. Dallas-born center Ashley Robinson has been a lifelong Mavericks fan. Assistant coach Jenny Boucek, who has a number of NBA connections, spent some time working with and learning from their staff.

For Storm fans, rooting for Dallas also makes some sense - Lauren Jackson and Dirk Nowitzki are similar players who could benefit from similar plays as described here previously. Then there's that whole thing about the Mavs playing against the Franchise Formerly Known As The Seattle Sonics, which could sway some Emerald City fans.
