Hi, I'm Hanne Lyngstad and I write Irunthereforeiblog to inform and teach you who are interested in training and gear. I'm a runner and I raced my first competition in '90. I've liked the individual competition a lot, and now running is my lifestyle. Through my former job at a running specialist store in Oslo, I have learned to appreciate quality gear and equipment. I have learned to distinguish between a good shoe and a not so good. I love seeking the good feelings of training, and hopefully you will enjoy reading about it!

says Puma:
- You never know when you might feel the urge to run. And with this lightweight jacket stashed in your backpack or on the back seat of your car, you can be ready at a moment's notice. Afterwards, just fold the jacket into its inside pocket so you can bust it out the next time the mood strikes.

I would recommend you to wear a sportsbra (if you're a woman) and have a spare pair of trainers close by if you don't know when you get the urge to run...
I do get the urge to run, but it's on a regular basis (or under strict control/schedule mostly).
I have my wind jacket and my trainers where they're suppose to be, (at least close to the bedroom, closet or on the floor...). But the Puma advice is good if you just happen to get the urge...!
But that said, I really like this Puma Lightweight Performance Jacket. I have one of the same kind fra Adidas. The Adidas Adizero Wind Jacket is absolutely perfect for windy but not too chilly conditions. And I think this Puma jacket is the same type. Really light (featherlight) and breathable. The collar is higher and a bit looser compared to the Adidas one. But I still think it's fine and not too loose. The arms are long ( I like; because of my monkey arms) and the shape is looser than the Adizero Wind Jacket. Which means that a few more runners would fit the Puma jacket. Not everybody is skinny Minni, you know! Even tough the girl in the picture is.

Spec:
U.S.P. Wind Resistant to protect against wind chill and water
Silver reflective PUMA Cat Logo for nighttime visibility
MP3 player pocket inside for convenience
So, where can you buy it?
I'm not really sure... I got it from Puma and I found some info here.
