Anderson fights in the light welterweight category. She started participating in sports at a young age. At age five, she started running track and field. She competed in the Junior Olympics. Later, she played football for the Las Vegas Showgirls. In 2008, Anderson became a professional boxer, training in Las Vegas. She won her first fight (fought against Sara Wells). She emulated Mike Tysons style of boxing. Tyson was impressed by her fighting style and gave her the nickname "Lil' Tyson." Anderson was featured in the women's section of the Ring Magazine. In 2010, she signed with Butch Gottlieb of Infinity Boxing LLC.
